Hi, I’m Daniel Reed, Owner-Operator of Reed✦efined Spaces.

My journey into property services didn't start with a truck and a toolbox; it started in the world of hospitality. I spent my early career in hotel management, managing some of the best hotels in Cleveland. This is where I learned that the foundation of any great business is the experience and peace of mind you provide to the people walking through your doors. Exceed all Expectations!

From there, I transitioned into the residential side of the business, spending nearly a decade in the luxury and sub-luxury multifamily industry with one of Ohio’s largest Property Management companies. During those years, I learned the “good, bad, and ugly” of managing the day-to-day operations of large-scale portfolios and historic assets.

Most importantly, I saw what worked, what didn't, and the exact pain points that caused the most stress, and I worked to find true solutions.

I realized there was a massive need for a company that could step into that chaos and handle it flawlessly. That’s when I decided to take a leap and start my own company.

But just as importantly, after years in the corporate world, I wanted my company to have a true family feel. We aren't a faceless franchise. We are a family-run, locally owned Ohio business.
